Changes at Another Russian Invader

The Light Modified tractor called ,,Another Russian Invader´´ gets some changes at the moment. After a lot of problems with the homemade surpercharger of the Transmash V12 engine in the past 1,5 seasons, the Team from Voorthuizen, in the Netherlands had decided to built a new engine with turbochargers for the 2015 season.
The old steel engine block was parked in the corner of the shop and will be replaced by a Polish license built Transmash V12 engine called ,,Wola´´. The Wola engine block is 140 kg lighter than the old one. Also, the cylinder heads got some new valve springs. The new valve springs can handle more boost and RPM. The water jackets of the cylinder heads were milled down and are now 20kg lighter. The new V12 engine will have 2 Holset HX 82 turbocharger (the team bought these during the last winter) with 2 big Precision 66mm waste gates. The old Zvezda supercharger was rebuilt and sold to Gerd Wagner (Dabelju) from Germany.
Also, the tractor gets a new lighter homemade rear axle housing. The old rear axle housing was bent during the last bumpy pull in Gamst (DK) 2014.
The Team will compete in the Dutch Grand National Championship (Light Mod division) this year. The first start is planned for the 25th of April 2015 in Füchtorf, Germany with those new changes.
