Komeco Simply Irresistible workshop news

The Komeco Simply Irresistible Pulling Team from Dronten, in the Netherlands are working on their big Modified tractor at the moment. The tractor got a new Domex wedge frame during the last winter. The parts for the Domex frame were laser cut and bent by Tosec in Zwolle, the Netherlands. Also, Gicom has laser cut a lot of parts for the new chassis. The old small front tyres will replaced by a set new bigger front tyres.
The 4 front New Centurie V8 engines are sitting now a few cm further back on the tractor. The team hopes to get a better balance in the Unlimited / Super Modified class with those changes. The rear axle was revised and got some new bearings during the last winter. Also the 5 New Centurie V8 engines were revised during the last winter. The engines got some new bearings, new Dan Olson oil pans, all cylinder heads and the oil pumps (to get a better and longer oil pressure) were revised.
The Team will compete in the Dutch Grand National Championship (Unlimited division) this year.
The first start of the Komeco Simply Irresistible is planned for the 25th of April 2015 at the German Championship opener in Füchtorf, Germany.
