The new The Gambler

After 4 years of planning, parts search and building, the new 600kg Compact Diesel Tractor called ,,The Gambler´´ of Hartmut Henkel from Marburg in Germany is ready. The Compact Diesel got a homemade wedge frame with a homemade Rollcage and a special built aluminium Ford 9600 hood. The Ford 9600 hood was built by Jaap Struyk from Dirksland in the Netherlands. The Tractor got a Ford 9´´ inch rear axle with a homemade planetaries gearbox in front of the rear axle. The Tractor has no transmission, because of the weight.
The new The Gambler is powered by a 4 cylinder Peugeot engine with 2.0l capacity. The Peugeot engine received a revised  Peugeot cylinder head with a better camshaft, a homemade intake and exhaust Manifold, a Holset HX 40 turbocharger with a 60 intake, a homemade Intercooler, a homemade water injection, modified Peugeot stock pistons, spcial made aluminium rods from Roland van Dongen from the Netherlands and Bosch P diesel fuel pump with 4 11mm elements.
Hartmut also bought for his new toy a set of new BBS rims with new Cepek tyres.
Hartmut Henkel will compete in the German Championship this year.
