The new Let´s Try is ready !

From Dronten in the Netherlands, the new Mini Rod called ,,Let´s Try´´ of Marck Jansen and Oscar van der Vinne is ready. The new Tractor got a Domex wedge frame with a homemade Rollcage, a homemade rear axle housing, a Rockwell F106 rear axle with Vreeman gears, homemade Carbon fenders, a new drivetrain, a new SCS reverser, a new Browell clutch bell and a  8´´ inch Molinari centrifugal clutch with 3 discs. The drivers position on the new Let´s Try is more forward and the center of gravity is lower. The Team hopes to get a better balance with those changes. The Mini Rod also received a set of new rims with new Pioneer tyres.
The new Mini Rod Tractor is powered by an BAE V8 Hemi engine. The BAE engine has a SSI 14-71 blower with a Enderle scoop, new developed and special made Hemi cylinder heads (with the possibility to drive in the future with two spark plugs per cylinder) from Post & Dros, homemade exhaust pipes, a MSD Pro Mag 44 ignition, a Enderle fuel injection system, homemade Aluminium fuel tank and a dry sump lubrication. The first 2 passes with the new Mini Rod were very positive so far, the Team will use the rest of the season to improve and optimize everything step by step on the Tractor.
The Let´s Try Pulling Team will compete in the Dutch Grand National Championship and in the Euro Cup this year.
