New Compact Diesel in the Netherlands

The Indian Xtreme Pulling Team from Achterberg in the Netherlands are currently working and building on a new Tractor for the 600kg Compact Diesel class. The Compact Diesel receives a new homemade Domex wedge frame with an homemade Chrome-Moly Rollcage (ROP), a homemade steel rearaxle housing, a homemade aluminium / stainless steel IH hood and aluminium fenders. The hood of the Compact Diesel is a copy of the Dutch 3.4t Super Sport Tractor called ,,Red Indian´´.
The vehicle gets a Opel C Kadett rearaxle with a billet aluminium center section, a special made ring and pinion gear, a special built differential with C Kadett Rally gears, homemade aluminium planetary carrier housing with special made planetaries, a homemade reverser with custom built gears on Fuller principle and a homemade driveline. The Indian Xtreme also receives a homemade single wheel brake system, a 1 disc van der Waal Pulling Parts centrifugal clutch with 8´´ inch, aluminium fly wheel and a homemade steel clutch bell housing.
The Team also bought a set of new Dick Cepek tyres from the USA. The steel rims for the tyres are homemade.
The Compact Diesel will have an 2.2l 4 cylinder turbocharged PSA (Peugeot) engine on diesel fuel. The engine has a PSA engine block with an modified PSA cylinderhead, homemade camshafts with Ferrea valves and valve springs, a modified stock crankshaft, homemade Böhler tool steel rods with modified Nüral pistons and ARP rod bolts, a homemade intake and exhaust manifold, a Holset HX40 turbocharger, a homemade aluminium oil pan, a costum built oil pump, a homemade fuel tank, a Bosch P4-cil diesel fuel injection pump with 12mm elements and a homemade Intercooler.
The Indian Xtreme Team will compete in Dutch National Championship.
The first start of the new 600kg Compact Diesel Tractor is planned for the 2017 season.
