Workshop news Let´s Try Pulling Team

From Dronten in the Netherlands, the Let's Try Pulling Team are currently working on their V8 Hemi powered 950kg Mini Modified Tractor called ,,Let's Try". The Mini Rod get some very important changes at the moment. The Tractor receives new lighter carbon fiber fenders and some changes on the rear axle to loose weight.
The BAE V8 Hemi engine also get some changes and improvements. The power plant gets the latest Version of the SSI 18-71 blower from the USA, new better Reid rocker arms for the cylinderheads and new modified aluminium pistons. The pistons were modified on the CNC mill by Post & Dros in Dronten. The pistons were modified to insure that the valves do not hit the pistons. Because they halfed the headgasket in thickness to make more compression.
The Dutch Team hopes to get more horsepower out of the engine with all those modifications.
Last but not least, the Dutch Team have with the company called ,,Fertilab B.V.´´ from Dronten, in the Netherlands a new main sponsor on the Tractor for this season. Fertilab B.V. approves and controls agricultural products and food. The second new sponsor is ,,Oliehandel.nl´´. The Let´s Try Team receives all thier lubricants (engine oil, rear axle oil etc.) from Oliehandel.nl for their Mini Rod.
The Let's Try Pulling will compete in the Dutch Grand National Championship and in the Euro Cup this year.
The first start with the Mini Rod after those changes is planned for the 13th of May 2017 in Stroe, the Netherlands.
