The new Toplenzen Lambada 10

From Zwolle in the Netherlands, the Lambada Pulling Team around Gert and Wim Dingerink have built a completely new 950kg Mini Rod Tractor during the last winter. The new Mini received a new 25CrMo4 tube frame with a homemade Rollcage, a homemade steering and a Vreeman Special Products rearend.
The new homemade fenders on the Tractor are made from carbon fiber.
The center of gravity on the new Chassis is more forward than on the privious Lambada Minis. The Dutch Team hopes to get a better balance in the future with those changes. The new Lambada 10 chassis is a further developed chassis of the Hella Lambada 9 Mini Mod. The chassis received some changes and improvements compared to the old Lambada chassis.
Bennie Vreeman of Vreeman Special Products have built the new Ford 9" inch planetaries rear axle. The rear axle has a billet aluminium center section with a billet aluminium differential, a special built ring and pinion gear, Willwood brakes and CNC milled planetaries carrier housing with special made planetaries. The new Vreeman rearend is much lighter than the old one. With the old rearends in the privious Minis, they had several problems in the past and hopes to have less problems with the new Vreeman rear axle in the future. If the Tractor has enough horsepower you also need a set of good tyres. The Team from Zwolle purchased a set of new Real Wheel aluminium rims with new Pioneer Giant Puller tyres from CM Pulling Tires in the USA. The new Mini Modified also got a Vreeman Special Products transmission with a Vreeman driveline, a Browell clutch bell housing and a 8'' inch Molinari centrifugal clutch with 3 discs.
The new Toplenzen Lambada 10 will powered by an BAE V8 Hemi engine on methanol. The engine has a BAE aluminuim billet block with BAE Alcohol cylinderheads, Dan Olson Racing exhaust headers, a billet Winberg crank with aluminuim billet rods and Sassy Racing pistons, a Sassy Racing fuel system, a Mike Janis supercharger with a Mike Janis aluminium injector, a Moroso methanol fuel tank, a Moroso oil tank for the dry sump lubrication, a MSD Pro Mag 44 ignition and a Racepak data logger.
The Lambada Pulling Team will compete with their new Toplenzen Lambada 10 Mini Modified in the Dutch Grand National Championship and in the Euro Cup this year.
