The new tube frame is a copy of the 2016 Bobcat Jr. and was built by the Screamin´ Bobcat Pulling Team from Ijsselmuiden in the Netherlands. The rearend of the new ride is a Ford 9´´ inch rear axle with a aluminium center section, a billet aluminium differential, a special made ring and pinion gear, Willwood brakes, billet aluminium planetary carrier housing with special built planetaries. All the parts of the rear axle were produced by Bennie Vreeman of Vreeman Special Products in Neede, the Netherlands.
The new Hella Lambada 9 2.0 also received a Vreeman driveline with a Vreeman reverser, a 8´´ inch Molinari centrifugal clutch with 3 discs and a Browell aluminium clutch bellhousing.
The power plant of the new vehicle is a BAE V8 Hemi engine on methanol. The engine has a billet aluminium block with Ken Veney cylinder heads, Moroso valve covers, a billet Winberg crankshaft with aluminuim rods and Sassy Racing pistons, a Sassy Racing fuel system, Dan Olson Racing exhaust headers, a SSI 18-71 blower with an Enderle big & ugly scoop injector, a homemade aluminium methanol fuel tank, a homemade oil tank for the dry sump lubrication, a MSD Pro Mag 44 ignition and a Racepak data logger.
Some parts like the clutch, reverser, the rear wheels, the fenders etc. were took over of the old Hella Lambada Tractor.
The Lambada Pulling Team compete with their new Hella Lambada 9 2.0 in the Dutch Grand National Championship this year. The Dingerink Family is very satisfied with the new Mini Rod so far. Wim Dingerink finished at the maiden voyage with the new Tractor on a great 2nd place in Oudenhoorn and his older brother Gert Dingerink won a week later the Euro Cup Mini Modified competition in Made.
