The new Screamin´ International

Jan-Patrick Mikkosek from Neumünster in Grermany has built a new 600kg Compact Diesel Tractor during the last winter. The newly built Compact Diesel got a homemade steel wedge frame with a homemade 25CrMo4 ROP, a Suzuki SJ413 rearend, a aluminium built McCormick Farmall 806 hood and aluminium fenders. The new fenders and the hood were built by Jaap Struyk from Dirksland in the Netherlands. The rear axle has a Suzuki center section with a Suzuki diff, a Suzuki ring and pinion gear and homemade aluminium planetray carrier housing with MF (Massey Ferguson) planetaries. The Garden Puller has no transmission, only a self built driveline from the clutch to the rear axle. The centrifugal clutch with 1 disc is homemade and is based on a Crower clutch.
Japa use on his Compact Diesel a set of polished aluminium rims with Cepek Giant Garden Puller tyres.
The Screamin´ International is powered by an 4 cylinder VW 1.9l TDI engine on Diesel fuel.
The TDI engine comes out of his old Screamin´ International Tractor and has a VW stock block with a revised VW TDI Stage 2 cylinder head, a stock crankshaft with special produced tool steel rods and VW pistons, a billet camshaft built by BFS airflow-research in Dronten, the Netherlands, a homemade intake and exhaust manifold, a Holset HX 40 turbocharger with a 60mm intake wheel and a 67mm exhaust wheel, a stock oil pump, a Bosch A Diesel fuel injection pump with 8mm elements, a homemade aluminium fuel and water tank and a water injection system.
Jan-Patrick will compete with his Compact Diesel in the German Championship next year.
