After 3 seasons with some good luck and bad luck, the Team decided to built a new Tractor with some changes and improvements on the chassis. But, what is new on the Modified Tractor? All the experience of the last 5 The Judge Tractors, what they have built in the past came together in this 6th edition. The new The Judge received a new homemade Domex 700 wedge frame with a homemade chrome-moly rollcage, a hydraulic steering, new engine brackets and a Rockwell rear axle housing. The Chassis is more flexable on the front end, lighter and the front end was completely new constructed. Also the the hitch of the Tractor was completely new constructed and is lighter than the old hitch construction. The parts for the new wedge frame were laser cut and bent by Tosec BV. in Zwolle, the Netherlands. The rearend has a Humpco billet aluminium center section with a Rockwell diff, a Rockwell ring and pinion gear and custom made MF (Massey Ferguson) Bos planetaries carrier housing with special made ZF planetaries. The crossbox of the Tractor is homemade and has a CNC - milled aluminium housing with special made gears. The calculations and some gears for the crossbox were made by Bennie Vreeman of Vampire Gears from Neede, in the Netherlands. The rest of the gears come from the original drivetrain of the propellor drive. Also the reverser were built by Vampire Gears. The crossbox and the reverser coming from the old The Judge.
Each Griffon engine has a Eagle Clutches centrifugal clutch with 11´´ inch and 5 discs. The tires on the new Tractor are Firestone Puller 2000 HP tires on Midwest aluminium wheels.
The 6th edition of The Judge is powered by 2 Rolls Royce Griffon MK58 V12 engines with 37.6l / 2294cui. capacity on av-gas.
