The new frame was constructed by Team member Tommi Rajamäki. The other Crew member Marko Hirvi assambled the completely chassis in his own workshop. Marko given the  Team a lots of support so far with his own metal working company.
The Farm Stock receive a Valtra S260 hood and Valtra N Series fenders. The hood comes from the 1st Valtra S Series version who was built by the finnish company between 2001 and 2008. The stock rearend, gearbox and the bell housing of the new Farm Stock comes from a old Valmet 8400 and was machined and revised in their workshop. The components in the rearend like the diff, the ring and pinion gear, the shafts and the planetaries are still original from Valmet.
The gears in the gearbox are still stock but the driveshafts are custom built out off a stronger material by Christer Örn of Eagle Clutches from Kunimek, in Finland. The cast iron bell housing was spindled out and a homemade steel liner was fitted into the housing. The new ride will have a 11" inch Eagle Clutches centrifugal clutch with 4 discs and a Eagle Clutches custom made steel fly wheel. The new self made single wheel brake system in the Valtra has Volvo brake calipers with self constructed laser cut brake discs.
For the new Farm Stock they are using a set of cut 710-42 Michelin tires on new homemade steel rims. The new steel rims also were built by Team member Tommi Rajamäki.
The Valtra S260 will have a turbocharged 6 cylinder Sisu Diesel 620 power plant with 7l displacement on diesel fuel.
The engine receive a machined Sisu Diesel 620 stock cast iron block with new homemade sleeves, a stock crankshaft with new hardened Sisu rods and billet pistons, a revised Sisu 620 OEM head with bigger valves and new better rocker arms by Eagle Clutches, a homemade intake and exhaust manifold, a Holset HX60 turbocharger with a billet intake wheel, a self built Intercooler, a external wet sump oil system with a homemade aluminium sheet metal oil pan, a new modified Bosch P8600 diesel fuel injection pump and a special built data logger by the finnish company called ,,Topin Diesel". The modified fuel pump was made by Team member and main head Juha - Matti Hietanen from Seinäjoki, in Finland. The new finnish Team working hard to get the new Valtra Farm Stock Tractor ready for the beginning of the 2019 season. But it's still a lots of work to do on the Tractor.
They have a lots of parts that are currently under construction and some parts are unable to make at this point. The Team trying to make most of the parts by self and that maybe spends a little more time, but they aren’t making this tractor in a hurry. This also is the first pulling machine who is built by them, so of course some mistakes have been done and maybe will be done. But they are also looking forward to try some things that others haven’t made or have failed in those.
The new Team will compete in the Finnish Championship next year. The maiden run of the 3.6t / 7930lbs Farm Stock is planned for the spring of 2019.
