Indoor Pull Riesa 2022 cancelled

The Indoor Pull in Riesa, Germany, which was planned for the 2nd of April 2022 is cancelled again.
Due to the still uncertain restrictions and plans of the government for the next weeks, the organization has decided to postpone the event to the 1st of April 2023.

Here is the statement of the organization:

For a long time we hoped and waited that the situation around the topic of Corona would improve so that an orderly event would be possible on April 2nd, 2022. Unfortunately, the hope was not fulfilled. The daily corona infection numbers of over 200,000 people speak for themselves. Even in our companies, several employees have fallen ill with Corona. We don't know how long we can keep business running as more and more employees are in quarantine. The same applies, of course, to the tractor pulling teams, engineering companies, the brake van team and other people involved in such a large event. Access to the Sachsen Arena is only possible under 2G+ or at best (no one can see 4 weeks ahead) under the 3G rule. In addition, despite repeated inquiries with the responsible authorities, it is completely unclear how to proceed if, for example, people are found to be positive during tests in the paddock. Because all people involved (teams, etc.) also need 2G+ /3G status. Questions immediately arise, such as: Who was the contact person? Who has to be in quarantine? …. We may not have a brake van, fewer or no teams, technicians, necessary officials... With over 150 participants, it is more likely than unlikely that people will test positive on the day of the event. The event may then have to be canceled on the day of the event. The spectators and teams who had traveled had to drive home without having achieved anything, sometimes hundreds of kilometers. It is currently not clear how many people (spectators and competitors) will be allowed into the Sachsen Arena on the day of the event. We cannot and do not want to impose this uncertainty on anyone. We have therefore decided, very disappointed, to postpone the event to April 1st, 2023 in good time and in a way that everyone involved can plan, in order to then hold a high-quality event that is great for everyone involved. All purchased tickets remain valid. One more note. All tickets were purchased with the express consent that, for example, if the date is changed, the refund of the purchase price is excluded. This means that we do not take back tickets and refund money.

We ask for your understanding! Team – Tractor Pulling Riesa

🔴 WWPTV Wild Rides Wrecks and Fires 24x7x365 Stream

This is WWPTV's Wild Rides, Wrecks, and Fires stream. It will run 24x7x365 on their channel. It is perfect for showing in local businesses, restaurants, bars, etc.

A lot of comments mention how much this hurts. A lot of carnage is the pulling sled exposing the weaknesses of the vehicles. Some are just malfunctions. Some are just plain improbable. Most if not all of them are all pulling again and will be on display at a track near you.

What else would make a good stream, maybe the last 10 current events on loop, maybe a best of pulling?

Tractor Pull Fails, Wild Rides, Wrecks, and Fires!!! 2021 Season

"We build it, we pull it, we break it, repeat!" I have heard that many times at events across the nation. Pullers love putting on a show for the fans, their hometown crowd, and total strangers.

These events have happened. It is over. It is done. Many of these vehicles are ready to go and compete again for the 2022 season. One puller once told me "I will never watch these videos!" Other pullers have told me, "They love watching them. It's a part of the game and lets them know there are others dealing with the same things they do...finding more."  Finding more pushes the limits to horsepower, frame rigidity, and the welding skills of the finest men and women the county over.  Another puller once told me, "I know something is bugging my vehicle. The break shows me exactly what I couldn't identify previously."

The machines are amazing for their own ingenuity, their outlandish paint schemes, and wraps, their one-off builds. These machines have their own followings and the drivers have the personalities to match the vehicles.

Of the near 5,000 hooks, these 70 hooks or so are roughly 1.4%. I know I left some hooks out but these are the ones that jumped out at me. And I really didn't want to nit-pick or pick on any one individual too much.

Rest assured many of these pullers have told me they can't wait to perform again and we hope to be there for their many successes as well.

"Build it, Pull it, Break it, Repeat!"
